WeRally

Official rules

The friendly tour lives at How It Works — this page is the fine print, and when numbers differ, this page wins.

The split. When you give a dollar to a championed Rally: 50¢ goes to its charity, 20¢ builds the 🌙 Rally Night jackpot, 5¢ feeds surprise ⚡ Flash Rallies, 10¢ rewards the organizer who did the work, and 15¢ runs WeRally (including payment processing). On a house Rally — one nobody has claimed yet — the organizer's 10¢ splits in half: 5¢ more to the charity (55¢ total) and 5¢ more to Flash Rallies (10¢ total — double the flash flow). WeRally keeps the same 15¢ either way, and 85¢ of every dollar stays in the ecosystem.

Tickets. Every $5 you give earns 1 ticket. Your tickets play this week's 🌙 Rally Night jackpot — one winner, every Sunday at 9pm Eastern (6pm Pacific), paid in cash — unless you move some into surprise ⚡ Flash Rallies on your Rally Tally. Our agent Flash picks the drop moments — two Flash Rallies a week to start, Monday through Friday, at times only Flash knows. When one opens, it announces itself with a two-hour countdown on the Home board — time to move your tickets in — and when the clock hits zero, one winner takes the pot. Flash Rallies draw from every ticket you hold that week, and pots stay under $10,000. Unused tickets expire Sunday night.

Your free ticket. No purchase or donation is necessary to enter or win. Everyone signed in automatically holds 1 free ticket each week — it's already in your Rally Tally, with identical odds to any paid ticket. Nothing to mail, nothing to claim. Limit one free ticket per person per week.

Organizers & bounties. Claim a Rally from the live bounty board — goals are computed from real unit costs, never guessed. Fund it and you earn 10% — take it as cash, or donate any part of it back to your cause (a real donation: same split, and every $5 earns a ticket). Fresh bounties carry a claim clock (currently one week); when it runs out the house holds the Rally, and the first person to give $50 or more takes the bounty over. Organizers can close out early at 75%+ raised — and if a goal turns out too big, lower it in 10% steps (the promised impact shrinks to match), then raise it back up any time — never above the original goal.

One person, one account. That's the rule, and we verify it more than one way — identity checks before money leaves the building, payout details that must belong to one real person, and phone verification when you claim. Run Rallies from a second or third account and the charity still gets paid — you don't. A duplicate account's 10¢ organizer share runs on house math instead: 5¢ more to the charity, 5¢ more to Flash Rallies. And a jackpot drawn to an account that can't verify who they are is never paid out — it rolls into the next pot for everyone else.

Your balance. Winnings and organizer earnings land in your balance the moment you earn them, and stay visible until you cash out — any amount, any time. Your balance is money WeRally owes you, held in our accounts: it can't be topped up, transferred to other users, or used to buy tickets. Tickets only ever come with donations — a fresh gift, or earnings an organizer chooses to donate. Same math every time: every $5 donated = 1 ticket.

This is a demo build: no real money moves, no real drawing occurs, and these are not yet official rules. Before launch: official rules drafted by sweepstakes counsel, state registration and bonding where required (e.g. NY and FL for prize pools over $5,000), and age and eligibility verification.
