  • Payouts run through WeRally Direct: the charity's IRS registration is re-verified, and a human approves every disbursement before it moves.
  • Rally pages show 💚 how much is already in the charity's hands — not just what's been raised.
And the prize money?
  • The jackpot and Flash pots are funded only by the 20¢ + 5¢ flow (10¢ on house Rallies) — never by anyone's balance, never prepaid.
